In one of the world’s leading cities, Paragon lives up to its name. A building which integrates seamlessly within the cityscape, Paragon brushes the centre of Melbourne’s skyline with its glowing veneer of anodised metal twisting around curtains of glazing tailored to reflect city views.

Consisting of 48 floors, Paragon limits four to six residences per floor with two penthouses occupying the top level. Amenities not unlike those of a hotel take up two of the development’s floors and include spas, saunas and steam rooms. With verdant greens and serenity in vogue, the development is home to a three-storey urban forest in a conservatory-like feature.

Head on down to the heritage listed Celtic Club at ground level. Upon completion, it will consist of a contemporary bar, restaurant, lounge and outdoor terraces. Incorporating superior security technology into the design, Paragon has remote access to underground facilities for car and bicycle parking as well as storage.

The communal residents’ space is home to an entertainer’s club capable of holding meetings, private dinners, cocktails, and functions. Linked to the club is a professional kitchen and a lounge finished off with a fireplace and seating that looks across the city.

Apartments are wrapped in walls of glass so residents can take full advantage of natural light and panoramic views whilst kissing city bustle goodbye… albeit temporarily. Dwellings come in one, two and three-bedroom options and are spacious with modern fixtures. Some feature separate studies, kitchen islands, and private balconies. Bosch appliances include a wall oven, gas cooktop and rangehood and a Bosch or Smeg dishwasher.

Colour and material selections present in two options: classic neutrals and a bolder, more modern contrast palette of natural hues and matte black.

Paragon is perfect for the city worker who wants to dodge those nightmarish commutes.
