Brisbane Bronco captain Darius Boyd has wasted no time getting to work on his latest residential property project.

Earlier this month it was revealed he'd spent $1,205,000 on a 1930s cottage in Paddington (below).

It was always going to be a renovation project like his last home in Hendra where he is still seeking a buyer having asked $2 million.

He's again called on Graya Construction to build his new home (pictured above and below).

Joe Adsett Architect, who has done a number of modern homes around the Brisbane area, is the architect in charge of the design.

Adsett has dubbed the home 'Hitup House'.

"Introducing our latest project with repeat clients Darius and Kayla Boyd," Graya wrote on Facebook.

"This courtyard style home will be one of the first of its kind built in Paddington."
