In one of Melbourne’s premier suburbs, Hawthorn East arises Dahua Group’s development of Hawthorn Park. Amenities for the precinct reflect a community feel and mark a green footprint on the suburb so that residents can truly enjoy the peacefulness of nature after returning home from the bustling city surrounds.

These amenities include a rooftop with a resident’s market garden and shed, indoor and outdoor multi-functional lounge and dining spaces, a rooftop grill, an indoor residents lounge, a sky boardwalk, rooftop lawns, a splash pool, sky lounge and most excitingly a sky pool that bridges two of the four buildings together.

In the Central Garden a hammock lounge, garden pavilion, central lawn, central boardwalk and garden lounges invite residents to enjoy park amenities as well as socialising with neighbours in a communal setting. The project will have ground floor retail and dining options that line Camberwell Road and Burwood Road, activating the streetscape for residents and locals.

Construction is set to be complete late 2020.
