For over a decade, we have focussed our attention on crafting medium scale developments within Melbourne’s most inner-city enclaves. With a list of award winning projects including 231 Napier Street Fitzroy, 223 Napier Street Fitzroy, Bedford Street Collingwood, Peel Street Collingwood and Nth FITZROY by Milieu the team collaborates closely with the designers and project team to ensure the rich bones of the design are carried right through to the delivery of the project.
Working within the landscape of small to medium scale developments afford the opportunity to accommodate a diverse number of layouts within the development – 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments, that ensure a richness in the communities created within our developments.
