Kelmzig units share suburb superiority atop 2017 Adelaide property hotspots
Klemzig ranks as amongst Adelaide's 2-16/2017 top investor hotspots for units with an expected increase of 4 percent over the next 12 months.
It offers cheaper units compared to its joint ranked investor hotspots Broadview, Marden and Parkside, who all also expect a 4 percent price increase.
The median price at Klemzig is currently at $272,000, according to APM, in their forecast developed by APM senior economist, Dr Andrew Wilson.
An example would be a two bedroom unit at 42/5-9 Alexander (above) currently on sale for between $269 000 -$279 000.
Similarly a two bedroom unit was sold for $296,000 at 2/1 Price Avenue, (above) which is $24,000 above the median price.
The Smart Investor magazine, published by Fairfax Media, ranked Broadview, Marden and Parkside as Adelaide's top investor suburbs for units.
