The property data firm says that the average time that a house in Annandale stays on the market is 41 days.
A example is a recently sold four bedroom house at <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/sold/property-house-nsw-annandale-124862262" target="_blank">65 View Street</a> (above) that stayed on the market for 26 days before it was sold for $3.83 million.
Another example is a recently sold four bedroom house at <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/sold/property-house-nsw-annandale-124819934" target="_blank">159 Nelson Street</a> (below) that stayed on the market for 28 days before selling for $2.85 million.

Caulfield South houses sell within 44 days

South Hedland has the highest rental yield in Australia, according to the latest Investar suburb performance report.
The report suggests its median unit rent sits at $295 a week, with 23% yield.
This is followed by Moe with 13% and Kambalda East with 12%.
Yorkeys Knob ranked as the best rental yield in Queensland, with 12% yield. 
The valuation firm notes that a total of 16 localities across the country have seen over 10% rental yields over the past year.

Terrigal had the biggest median price decline in all New South Wales localities, according to a recent Investar report.
The property investment advisory firm says that both Terrigal's median townhouse price and median house price decreased by over 38% in the past five years.
This was followed by Tuncurry with a near 32% decline.
