Bowden scores highest unit median price growth in Adelaide: Investar

Bowden has the highest year on year unit median price growth in Adelaide, according to Investar’s latest report.

The property investment firm says that Bowden’s median price for units increased by 24 percent in the last year.

This is followed by Fulham Gardens with 19 percent and Adelaide with 17 percent.
