April 2021: Adelaide's top luxury residences on the market right now
Adelaide provides luxury living at an affordable price, when compared to cities like Sydney and Melbourne. However, ranking tenth in the Economist's global livability rankings twice in a row, it is no wonder why investors and owner-occupiers are flocking to the South Australian city.
Adelaide prices are predicted to rise by 10 per cent this year, according to Hotspotting's Terry Ryder, making now the time to enter the city's burgeoning luxury property market.
Urban takes a look at four of Adelaide's most luxurious residences on the market today.
1. Realm, Adelaide
