Cbus Property, is currently marketing the final opportunity to purchase a penthouse in Epping for the foreseeable future, with the release of the last remaining penthouse at its north-western Sydney development, The Langston.

The two-storey, five-bedroom residence is positioned on the uppermost floors of the tallest of three towers – the 29-storey Langston Tower – and has price expectations of circa $3.3 million.

According to Adrian Pozzo, Cbus Property’s Chief Executive Officer, a similar property is unlikely to become available in Epping for some time.

“With no new residential high-rise projects currently under construction in the Epping town centre, it will realistically be years before a penthouse of this size and calibre becomes available again,” Mr Pozzo said.

"We have already had significant interest in the property from local north-west Sydney downsizers, from areas such as Beecroft, Cheltenham and Carlingford, who are looking for something with comparable living space and status to their current homes.”

The house-sized residence’s five bedrooms incorporating two equally sized master bedrooms with en suites, on separate levels.

The penthouse apartment in BluePoint Property’s Palm Beach luxury development, 77 Jefferson, has sold for $3.8 million.

It marks the sell-out of the luxury Gold Coast development.

The four-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment spans across levels nine and 10 of the building.

Set over 464sqm, the residence offered floor-to-ceiling windows, private rooftop pool, integrated barbeque and sheltered dining for entertaining.

Designed by Bureau Proberts, 77 Jefferson offered 360 degree views of the ocean, hinterlands and Surfers Paradise in their full-floor residences.

Prices within the development ranged between $1.29 million and $2.47 million, which saw all the full-floor residences sold within three months of launch.

BluePoint is directed by Marcus Dore, who prior to founding the company with Geordie Whitcombe, held positions with national companies including Walker Corporation, Mirvac and Colliers International.

Whitcombe was previously a development manager for Woolworths Limited, and ran his own development and advisory business.

The group's prior projects include East Palm Beach and Sea Palm Beach.

The former Melbourne penthouse apartment abodes of Geoffrey Edelsten on Exhibition Street, were sold by National Australia Bank, Mr Edelsten's mortgagee at weekend auction.
The three bedroom penthouse at <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property-apartment-vic-melbourne-119556667" target="_blank">1803/181 Exhibition Street</a> sold for $1,607,000.
The one-bedroom pad 1804/181 Exhibition was passed in for $1,301,000 but sold later by negotiation through selling agent Don Gallichio of Galldon Real Estate.
Byrnne Gordon has caveats placed on the penthouses, after the break-down of their high-profile, four-year marriage in 2009.
They each cost $1.375 million in 2006 and 2007.
Edelsten made his first fortune in 1984 when he opened a pioneering 24-hour medical clinic in Sydney.
Title Tattle has been writing about his properties since 1986 when Formentor, in then semi-rural Dural, went to auction with $1.5 million hopes.
