A three level five-bedroom mansion in Point Piper has been confirmed as sold at $6.45 million.

The sale at 2 Wunulla Road had been previously reported by Fairfax Media as "sold for about $8 million." 

The property was marketed as exuding European elegance.

Records show Cobra Equity Investments, a company linked to the diversified group, Cobra Group founded by the Canadian-born, London based Chris Niarchos sold the home at a closed auction. The main shareholder in the company is Michael Hogg, a director in Cobra's subsidiary, the marketing company Appco based in Surry Hills

The property last sold in 2006 for $5.1 million. 

The Agency's Michelle Andrewartha and Daniel Baran had the listing.
