A mid-century home on Yeronga's exclusive Brisbane Corso has sold at auction for $2,625,000.

The home at 352 Brisbane Corso was constructed by grayHAUS, with suspended concrete floors and floor-to-ceiling glazing creating clean lines and unobstructed views.

Owner builder Ben Morland, who co-owns grayHAUS, built the contemporary five bedroom, four bathroom entertainer.

He offset raw materials by warm timber features.

The kitchen, equipped with V-ZUG, Falmec, Miele, Billi and Liebherr appliances, faces the dining space that opens to the outdoor entertaining area complete with its own outdoor kitchen, with BeefEater BBQ and wood fireplace.

The space overlooks the magnesium mineral swimming pool.

Ray White New Farm agent Christine Rudolph secured the sale.

Morland's grayHAUS built the former Yeronga home of South Sydney Rabbitohs coach Wayne Bennett, which sold for $2.12 million last year.
