North Bondi $5.53 million sale in CoreLogic RP Data top 10 list

The top sale of the week was a freestanding home in North Bondi on approx 480sqm of level land with over 12 metre wide frontage, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

Only a stone's throw from Bondi Beach, the five bedroom home, 60 Hastings Parade, (above) sold at auction for $5,535,000.
