Sydney's City Tattersalls Club has lodged a Stage 1 development application for the club that includes the airspace above the Pitt St property.

This DA replaces and existing one which was withdrawn in May after appointing ICD Property and Sinclair Brook as developers, along with Elenberg Fraser.

Tony Guilfoyle, chief executive officer of City Tattersalls Club said they have had 'constructive discussions' with neighbours regarding the redevelopment plans.

"We have increased the hotel’s capacity and space has been provided for 67 car spaces," he said.
