Regional non-major lender Suncorp Bank has announced two new special offers available on its Home Package Plus product effective May 26.

Its standard variable and three year fixed Home Package Plus products will be offering an interest rate of 4.15% (comparison rate 4.16%) on new principal and interest loans of at least $150,000, with a maximum LVR of 80%. 

Suncorp Bank head of intermediaries, Steven Degetto says interest rates are now at a generational low, "making it a good time for those looking to upgrade their current home, or assess their home loan options."

The bank will also continue to waiver the annual Home Package Plus fee for the life of the loan, saving new customers up to $11,250.
