Combined capital city dwelling rental yield at 3.5%: CoreLogic RP Data

Combined dwelling rental yield across all capital cities is at 3.5%, down from 3.8% twelve months ago, according to CoreLogic RP Data.

Results from CoreLogic RP Data's July Rental Index found the current yield in Hobart is 5.2%, Brisbane 4.5% and Melbourne 3.1%
