Victorian weekend clearance rate up: REIV

Victoria had a clearance rate of 78% this weekend, up from 73% last weekend and 73% this weekend last year.

A total of 941 auctions reported to the REIV according to chief executive officer Enzo Raimondo who said of the 738 sold and 203 being passed in, 85 of those on a vendor bid.

"The suburbs with top auction sales in the year to date were Reservoir with 387 auctions followed by Glen Waverley with 306 auctions and Richmond with 298 auctions," he said.
