Surfers Paradise beachfront development site for sale

A 1,500sqm site beachfront development site in Surfers Paradise has gone to market through an expressions of interest campaign.
The site, 75 - 79 Garfield Terrace, is being marketed by Mark Witheriff and James Branch of Knight Frank. He said the site’s location is effectively directly between the major developments of “Jewel” and the soon to be released 88 storey project on the former IIuka site.
The expression of interest campaign closes on 23 March 2016.
