Pymble trophy leads CoreLogic RP Data top ten sales

The top sale of the week was a six bedroom, six bathroom trophy estate with tennis court and gas heated swimming pool at Pymble.

The 2790 sqm property, 29a Bobbin Head Road sold for $7,050,000 through Scott Farquhar and Terry Chang of mcconnellbourn Lindfield.

It was last traded for $4,125,000 in 2011

The grand, modern estate features landscaped gardens, a tennis court with an all-weather surface, pool, a wine cellar, a jungle gym and rainwater tanks.

The location is close to rail, shops, recreation parks and has easy access to quality schools, including the Pymble Ladies College.
