Preliminary capital city clearance rate at 75.4% CoreLogic RP Data

The preliminary auction clearance rate for the week ending August 30 was 75.4% from a reported 2,583 auctions across all capital cities, according to CoreLogic RP Data.
Last week the preliminary clearance rate was 72.9%
