Hi Nicholas, I did this a couple of times but got no reply from your agent. BTW: This process is really old-style in times of increasing digitalization. Why you not provide this information on Online? Why you not offer a chat boot? Considering also the decreasing housing market in Australia, you should be more customer friendly and responsive.
