Meet the team behind Lorient by Mosaic - 90 Duporth Avenue, Maroochydore
Mosaic Property Group is a privately owned full-service property development and management company whose primary focus is on residential property enterprises. The group was established in 2004 by Brook Monahan and rebranded in 2012 with co-founder Dave Handley. The company is also under the direction of Anthony Hancock and Brendan Dale. Mosaic also contributes to philanthropic projects through the Mosaic Foundation.
The group has recently developed a 25-floor high-rise complex named Bela which contains 115 residences located at 43 Peerless Avenue in Mermaid Beach. Another recent project by Mosaic is Avalon, an eight-floor residential low-rise consisting of 86 dwelling addressed at 100 Duporth Avenue in Maroochydore.
