Its a two bedroom cottage in original condition marketed as a 'Rosedale treasure' by Elders agents John and Carly Haslem.
There's direct access to the nearby beach from the 555 square metre parcel, although the listing advised the "ancient path down to the beach needs to be rediscovered and groomed".
The existing decking overlooking the oceanfront has views to Jimmy's Island.

The population of the quiet coastal town is just a few hundred, but the town has been on the celebrity property radar before.
