Joint venture partners Ace Property Group and TQM are collaborating on an apartment development which is set to breathe new life into well known entry to the Central Coast.

Their new <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-apartments/gosford-nsw">Gosford apartment development</a>, <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-apartments/the-grand-27-37-mann-street-gosford">The Grand</a>, will bring a striking new Kann Finch-designed tower to the waterside suburb, with 123 apartments above a vibrant retail and commercial scene in a two-storey sandstone podium.

On the roof of the sandstone podium is a resident-only swimming pool&nbsp;set in landscaped gardens with lawn areas and barbecue facilities.

Above rises the residential levels, home to one, two and three-bedroom apartments in a more&nbsp;smooth, curvilinear tower. The building's facade combines textured concrete, glass elements, and projecting balconies.

Future apartment dwellers will be treated to panoramic views of Brisbane water and its surroundings through the floor-to-ceiling glass walls that enclose the homes.

Each apartment features an open kitchen, dining, and living area, with Columba plank flooring, timber finishes, and 100% wool carpets.&nbsp;

The living areas lead out to balconies offering views of the <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/new-apartments/gosford-nsw">Gosford</a> streetscape and its environs.

The well-appointed kitchens come furnished with Smeg appliances, Parisi tape-ware, timber veneer, and stone benchtops.&nbsp;

Bringing Gosford to life: The Grand set to revitalize the entry to the Central Coast

Gosford, the entry point to the Central Coast, is undergoing a huge gentrification, which kicked off at the start of COVID-19 when the need to be in the office five days a week became redundant.

With that trend still continuing, more so in Sydney than any other capital city, Gosford is still in vogue for both owner-occupiers and investors.

While development is rife, joint venture partners TQM and Ace Property Group have sought to make their Gosford project, The Grand Gosford, stand out.

They commissioned the Sydney-based, internationally recognised architecture firm KAANFINCH, who have designed buildings from Sydney's Macquarie Street to Afghanistan's International Bank in Kabul.

They designed The Grand Gosford on Mann Street, a stones throw from the water, to recognise the original waterside town centre that Gosford once was, with the tower rising from a striking, fine grained sandstone podium.

Cleverly built atop the podium is an even more striking lap pool, which sits alongside extensive landscaping with lounge and dining areas.

The 138-apartments feature&nbsp;floor-to-ceiling glass windows, taking in sweeping views of either the water or the wider Central Coast district.

The open-plan living areas feature timber-look floors, plush carpets, and an abundance of natural light and ventilation. The culinary and entertaining experiences are elevated to new heights with ILVE appliances, Parisi tapware, contemporary joinery, and engineered stone benchtops.

The Penthouses at The Grand are a limited edition, born from the majestic architectural curves that define the development. These exclusive residences embody an organic and highly considered design intent.

As you step inside, panoramic bowed terraces seamlessly merge with a vast internal living space.
