Gosford, the entry point to the Central Coast, is undergoing a huge gentrification, which kicked off at the start of COVID-19 when the need to be in the office five days a week became redundant.

With that trend still continuing, more so in Sydney than any other capital city, Gosford is still in vogue for both owner-occupiers and investors.

While development is rife, joint venture partners TQM and Ace Property Group have sought to make their Gosford project, The Grand Gosford, stand out.

They commissioned the Sydney-based, internationally recognised architecture firm KAANFINCH, who have designed buildings from Sydney's Macquarie Street to Afghanistan's International Bank in Kabul.

They designed The Grand Gosford on Mann Street, a stones throw from the water, to recognise the original waterside town centre that Gosford once was, with the tower rising from a striking, fine grained sandstone podium.

Cleverly built atop the podium is an even more striking lap pool, which sits alongside extensive landscaping with lounge and dining areas.

The 138-apartments feature floor-to-ceiling glass windows, taking in sweeping views of either the water or the wider Central Coast district.

The open-plan living areas feature timber-look floors, plush carpets, and an abundance of natural light and ventilation. The culinary and entertaining experiences are elevated to new heights with ILVE appliances, Parisi tapware, contemporary joinery, and engineered stone benchtops.

The Penthouses at The Grand are a limited edition, born from the majestic architectural curves that define the development. These exclusive residences embody an organic and highly considered design intent.

As you step inside, panoramic bowed terraces seamlessly merge with a vast internal living space. A true entertainer's kitchen and dining room, complete with a skylight, sinuous stone island bench, back-lit stone splashback, and stylish Parisi tapware in brushed brass, create a harmonious space. Two under-mount wine fridges and ILVE black appliances further enhance the culinary delights.

The bespoke joinery, accentuated by brass shadow lines, extends to an outdoor BBQ area, perfect for those long, lazy summer afternoons. From this vantage point, residents can savor the vistas of Brisbane Water National Park, Gosford CBD, and the surrounding waterways.

The indulgence continues in the decadent bathrooms of the Penthouses, where no detail is overlooked. Parisi fittings and fixtures, including a freestanding bath, grace the opulent spaces.

Oversized floor and wall tiles exude luxury, while timber veneer cabinetry adds warmth. A skylight allows natural light to illuminate the rooms, while water views from most bathrooms provide a source of tranquility.
