Dubai-based senior partner at McKinsey Middle East Michael Rennie has sold his Cottage Point holiday home bordering the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park for $2.85 million to Ross Nerodov.
The home <a href="https://www.realestate.com.au/property/7-notting-lane-cottage-point-nsw-2084" target="_blank">overlooking Coal and Candle Creek</a> was expected to fetch between $3.7 million to $4 million when first listed in November.
Rennie paid $1.9 million for the 700 sqm waterfront block in 2006 and called upon on architect Nici Long to design the four bedroom home.
