The Lennox, developed by EQ Projects, will rise 152 metres above the Parramatta River with sweeping uninterrupted views over the city. The tower will comprise of 441 residences amongst 47 floors with included public amenities on the ground floor and private amenity throughout.
The Lennox is being built amidst huge tower development in Parramatta and will rank the 5th tallest in the suburb when completed in late 2019. At 232 metres, Aspire Parramatta will become the tallest suburban tower in Australia as well as the tallest tower in Parramatta when completed in late 2021.
