Why are u charging 100k for a carpark? It seems a bit excessive seeing as most cars aren’t worth that much?

hi Josh, thank you for your comment. I'm not quite sure where you got the information from, most of our carparks are included in different apartments. Currently we have a few extra ones for sale for $50k each.
