Meet the team behind Ruby Apartments - 9 Norfolk Avenue, Surfers Paradise
The Ralan Group is a company that focuses on the development, marketing, and management of residential and commercial property around Australia, but most notably in Queensland. Started by William O’Dwyer, The Ralan Group began in 1998.
One of their most notable developments is the Ruby Apartments complex at 9 Norfolk Avenue in Surfers Paradise. This $1.4 billion project features an integrated residential and resorts precinct as part of the Gold Coast’s upgrades ahead of the Commonwealth Games.
The project is being handled internally by The Ralan Group’s Ruby development, and it will become the first multi-tower community in Surfers Paradise, spanning an entire city block.
The first stage of this project is being developed on the corner of Norfolk and Oak Avenues next to the existing Paradise Resort and will feature 228 Apartments in a 30 storey building. It will also have 13 two-level attached dwellings with extensive road upgrades and landscaping as part of the development.
