Capitol Grand construction update

Capitol Grand officially topped out its 10 level podium in October 2018, making way for the 50 story tower to follow.

So far, the glass facade has reached level 30 with core box almost at level 50. Expected completion date is 2020 with first residents moving in late 2019.

Interior work is ongoing with 400 workers on site daily.
