Making a grand entrance into Melbourne’s CBD is Aspire Melbourne. Developer ICD Property has come together with the architects at Elenberg Fraser to create a landmark that embodies everything a resident could want.

Standing at a monumental 64 levels, this high-rise will house 472 residences in one, two, and three-bedroom configurations. With a slender tower that features dazzling floor-to-ceiling glass and a curved bulge near its peak, the building’s facade draws light from its convex and concave details, accentuating the curvature of its structure beautifully.

Cutting-edge style permeates the shared amenities, which include a pool and gym, a private dining area for entertaining guests, and a library for when you want to relax with a good read. Spend time in the poker and mahjong room if games strike your fancy, or stop by the peaceful lounge if the day calls for relaxation in a stunning oasis.

Light and restrained colour palettes paired with natural material selections feature in the apartments, allowing you to connect with the delicate forms and textures. Whilst bespoke metal elements reference precious metals from the gold rush era, the verdant nature hinted at in the split-stone surfaces will also be a focal point of this epic high-rise.
