	<li>The internal walls will be made of concrete with plasterboard.</li>
	<li>The floors and roof will be made of concrete, while the ceiling will be plasterboard.</li>
	<li>The building will feature an aluminium vertical sun screen, metal slat balustrade, anodizing aluminium cladding, a brick wall and single clear &amp; double tint aluminium windows.</li>
	<li>Car parking will be available for 18 vehicles, which includes 3 accessible spaces and 2 visitor spaces.</li>
	<li>The development will also include 82 sq m of deep soil and associated landscaping.</li>

<p>Wellbe Properties was established in 2015 in Sydney, working on small-scale property developments.</p>

<p>The group has two locally-based upcoming projects, the first of which will be located at <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/projects/11-13a-walter-street-willoughby">11 Walter Street in Willoughby</a>. This four-level low-rise will contain 24 residences and 28 car parks upon completion.</p>

<p>The second development takes place just down the road at <a href="https://www.urban.com.au/projects/5-9-walter-street-willoughby">5-9 Walter Street </a>and will offer a similarly designed building with 29 apartments.</p>
