Perth-based developer Devwest's One Richardson will soon stand as a new landmark building on South Perth's picturesque Swan River.

One Richardson faces a spacious public open area, providing a distinctive mix of park-facing apartments and unobstructed Swan River views - something only usually offered within high-rise projects. One Richardson however is boutique in nature, spanning just 13 levels above a ground floor cafe and welcoming lobby.
