Stage One in the construction process of Melbourne Square was completed on May the 26th which included the bottle store and supermarket, the cafe and four restaurants, the childcare centre, the landscaping including the 3,745 square metre park and the east and west residential towers.

The remaining stages of construction are yet to be finalised later this year, with the fully completed site to be home to six towers including the commercial tower, the Hilton Hotel and two more residential towers.
