Louise Melbourne

Address: 8 Louise Street, Melbourne VIC 3004

Samuel Property's 16-level Louise is currently under construction by renowned builder Hamilton Marino at 8 Louise Street, just off St Kilda Road. They're expecting a two-year build, with completion coming toward 2025.

Over 70 per cent of the apartments have already been snapped up in the Cera Stribley-designed building. Downsizers have made up most buyers so far, with many seeking the convenience of a lock-and-leave lifestyle that the apartments offer.

Embracing the heritage character of its neighbours, Louise's distinctive red brick façade and curved forms engage the streetscape, softened by lush canopies and greenery.

Louise will comprise 88 apartments, including one-, two-, three-, and four-bedroom residences, starting at just over $500,000 for the one-bedroom apartments and $719,500 for the two-bedroom.

Amenities in the building include a swimming pool, which is located beneath a distinctive skylight that forms the heart of a wellness centre with a steam room and a landscaped outdoor terrace that wraps around the communal areas.

There's also a bookable private dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and a private lounge area.

Moments from Louise, the leafy St Kilda Road offers tram routes to the city, which is under five kilometres away, stopping at many arts and cultural destinations.
