STH BNK by Beulah, the landmark $2 billion Southbank project set to change the Melbourne skyline, has sold 80 per cent of its apartments even before it's started its build.

The two twisting towers on Southbank Boulevard will home 705 apartments, as well significant health, wellness, and social facilities for residents, a Four Seasons Hotel Melbourne, and the country’s first innovative cultural centre for young people.

When the project launched in April 2022, it achieved over $400 million in sales on the first weekend.

Sales have averaged out at $1.5 million, ranging from $534,000 to a record $38 million sub-penthouse sale. There's been a number of sales in the $15 million to $38 million range.

A recent release has seen a handle of one and two-bedroom apartments become available.

Three-bedroom and four-bedroom apartments are amongst some of the most popular layouts, with a number of buyers amalgamating or customising interiors to create their dream home in a landmark building.

Many of its purchasers are in their mid-30s to 40s ranging from local Southbank residents and early downsizers from inner Melbourne looking to upgrade. Regional Victorians have also been in search
of a holiday home, as well as interstate and international purchasers looking for an investment or relocation.

Beulah Executive Director, Adelene Teh, said the strong sales performance is reflective of the growing demand for luxury apartments that offer something distinctly different, while being centrally located within the Melbourne CBD.

STH BNK By Beulah is redefining what can be made possible by exploring true vertical living," Teh says.

"By providing a mini metropolis that truly has everything within walking distance, individuals can spend more time on what matters most, as opposed to travelling or commuting. STH BNK By Beulah prioritises not just health and wellness, but ultimate convenience and this adds to the holistic wellbeing for our future residents.

“Sales are consistent across all collections as they suit different demographics and price points; Garden Rise Residences are set above the energy of the podium and provide the closest connection to the pulse of Southbank, while floorplans become more spacious and grander the higher up you go."

A key feature that purchasers are continuing to take advantage of is the customisable ‘Tailored Living’ services, which will see the total number of apartments in STH BNK By Beulah continue to decrease as a result of more tailored configurations; a curated service that extends to custom interiors as well. This has been a key selling point for residents purchasing the units on higher floors.

Future residents will also have access to STH BNK Concierge Services including housekeeping, shopping, childminding, and pet services, plus an on-call doctor, beauty and wellness treatments.

Designed in partnership with UNStudio and Cox Architecture, Residents will have access to the vibrant and comprehensive lifestyle podium; a wellness and culture precinct comprising premium retail, inspiring cultural events and engaging entertainment, childcare centre, outdoor gardens and rooftop spaces and a first-of-its-kind fleet of luxury vehicles for residents to use at their convenience.

STH BNK By Beulah is due to commence early works in early 2024 and will take approximately five years to complete. Earlier this year Beulah announced Mutliplex as the builder of STH BNK by Beulah.
