Beulah International
Beulah International is an Australian property developer based in Melbourne with international operations that have moved quickly from boutique developments to significant projects, in particular, a series of high profile developments in planning stages.
One of Beulah International's most notable projects is a collaboration with Openwork Landscape Architects to create a series of ecological gardens. The Provenance Camberwell is a boutique collection of ten house-sized residences, situated in Camberwell. The development is segmented into three residential buildings, with Botanic apartments on level one.
Another of their high-profile projects in the pipeline is Southbank by Beulah situated at the current BMW Showroom, which will be transformed into a multi-use development. It introduces the 'vertical village' concept, which supports The City of Melbourne's 'Future Melbourne 2026' plan. The development will feature two twisting terraced forms called the 'Green Spine' concept, which won awards in the global architecture competition.
