Stawell and Moe the cheapest Victorian localities to rent units: Investar

Stawell and Moe are the cheapest Victorian localities to rent a unit, according to Investar’s latest June report.

The property investment firm says that the median rent at Stawell and Moe is $160.

This is followed by Traralgon with $165 and Portland with $170.

A two bedroom unit at 3/9 Evelyn Street, Moe (above) has been listed for $155 per week.

Similarly a two bedroom unit at 7/103-105 Cooper Street, Stawell (below) has been listed for $160 per week.
