Top ten suburbs for highest proportion of unit auction listings: CoreLogic RP Data

Four out of the top ten locations for the highest proportion of auction listings for units are in Melbourne, with Kew East and CARLTON NORTH beating the Sydney suburb of Bronte to round out the top three.

According to CoreLogic RP Data, Balaclava and SURREY HILLS were the only other Melbourne suburbs to make the list.
