Situated at 30 Nicholas Drive, the Tasmanian home was sold by Abi Freeman from Charlotte Peterswald For Property.

It comes with master suite with water views, three double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, wine cellar and double garage.

It was last trade for $550,000 in 2011.
