Tumby Bay slowest-selling locality in South Australia: RP Data

Houses in South Australia’s slowest-selling suburb, Tumby Bay, north of Port Lincoln, took 174 days to sell last year, according to RP Data. This was closely followed by Meningie and Milang, south of Adelaide, where houses took 164 days to sell. There were 24 sales in Tumby Bay.
