South Australia's 10 longest-listed properties, as recorded by SQM Research, are all entering their fourth year on the market.
Several vendors have reduced their asking price, including the vendor of Lot 10 & 11 Destrees Bay, D'estrees Bay, 5223 (pictured below), which has been reduced by 19% in an attempt to secure a sale of the Kangaroo Island property.
Others, however, have held firm on price, and two vendors have even increased their asking price. Almost all are outside the city of Adelaide.
