The near new house was built in 2015.

Rick Pittard of Harcourts marketed the property.

Set on 420 square metres, the home was listed for sale at $445,000.

It was previously marketed in 2016/2017 when the vendor was seeking $460,000 - $480,000.

The holding last sold for $173,000 in 2014, following which it was knocked down and reconstructed in 2015.

The house was listed for rent in 2017 for $400 per week.

The median sale price for an apartment in Seaford Meadows is $391,000, according to the latest CoreLogic data.
