Median house prices up in Adelaide's Mount Barker, Nuriootpa

Outer Adelaide suburbs Mount Barker and Nuriootpa had an increase in median house prices of 2.4 percent to $352,000 late last 2015, according to the February Residential Market Report from JLL.
The report said houses in the southeast have shown growth of 2.8 percent over the past year, to a median price of $381,000.
"This mainly reflects prices in Mt Gambier, the main regional town," it said.
"The Northern Region contains the Iron Triangle where prices were up 0.7 percent.
"The Eyre region, with Port Lincoln as its main town, experienced the largest increase in house prices, up 4.4 percent in the past year to $264,000."
