Adelaide's best apartments on Urban
Adelaide has continued to lead the property bounce back with a momentum even greater than that of Sydney and Melbourne.
The overwhelming majority of Adelaide is seeing soaring property price growth with experts like REISA chief executive Barry Money describing it as a "mini-boom".
And there is no sign of it stopping with interstate investor interest continuing to pick up, especially as Adelaide rose to be the third most liveable city in the world according to the latest Economist Intelligence Unit’s survey.
Prices in the South Australian capital are predicted to rise by 10 per cent this year alone, according to Hotspotting's Terry Ryder, making now the time to enter the city's growing property market.

The Adelaidean

Penny Place is similarly one of the top apartment developments on Urban and with design by the award-winning architects, Woods Bagot it's no surprise.
Developed by the Flagship Group, Penny Place rises above the bustling streetscape of Adelaide's CBD reaching a height of 23 floors and consisting of 152 designer apartments.

Completed the year prior to East End, it towers above much of the city at 132 meters tall, bringing quality apartment living to Adelaide’s central business district.
