Property Observer looked through RP Data’s statistics to find the 10 South Australian suburbs with the longest average days on market for houses.

  2. Happy Valley

    Median price: $360,000

  3. Coffin Bay
    Days on market: 211
    Median price: $375,000

  4. Normanville
    Days on market: 196
    Median price: $315,000

  7. Kersbrook

Narrowly missing the top 10 list included Gawler West, with 171 days on market, and Tailem Bend, with 170 days on market.
