Renovated 1870 Prahran trophy home sells pre-auction

A stylishly renovated 1870 Victorian home in Prahran was sold ahead of its auction scheduled for last weekend at $3.25 million.

Jellis Craig agent Andrew McCann said the sellers accepted a strong offer almost two weeks ahead of the weekend.

The vendors has bought the three-bedroom house in a derelict state eight years ago.

The renovation was undertaken in collaboration with March Studio and MCO-llection who transformed the double brick 1870 Victorian home in its cul-de-sac location.

The property at 1 Trinian Street had a price guide of $2.5 million to $2.7 million.
