The Rochester Broadbeach officially launches to market

Project: Victoria & Albert
Suburb: Broadbeach
Developer: Iris Capital
Starting price: $1,235,000

Iris Capital's prestigious development in Broadbeach, Victoria & Alberts been met with a remarkable surge in buyer demand throughout 2023.

Referred to as V&A, the project has attracted a diverse range of buyers, as highlighted by Colliers sales agent Paul Putsay.

"Interestingly, V&A has enticed a delightful mix of fly-in and fly-out clientele in the Albert tower, while the Victoria building has seen a significant uptake from hybrid investors and occupiers," Putsay noted.

"The building is also proving to be extremely popular with buyers from Melbourne and Sydney, in no small part because of the $200 million commercial retail and fresh food precinct underneath."

One notable factor contributing to the development's popularity is the presence of a $200 million commercial retail and fresh food precinct, located underneath the residential towers. This has particularly resonated with buyers from Melbourne and Sydney, who appreciate the convenience and vibrancy offered by this vibrant commercial hub.

With approximately 50 per cent of the development already sold, there is still a range of two, three, and four-bedroom apartments, as well as penthouses, available. Each of these residences has been meticulously designed by the renowned architecture firm DBI, drawing inspiration from the stunning coastal environment.

The extensive commercial precinct curated by Iris Capital CEO Sam Arnaout promises a diverse selection of retailers handpicked to enhance the overall experience of residents. However, the amenity extends well beyond the commercial spaces.

The fourth level of the podium is home to a comprehensive range of facilities designed to enhance residents' lifestyles. Among the highlights are a 25-meter lap pool accompanied by an outdoor dining and barbecue area, a rejuvenating spa and steam room, a serene Zen garden, a yoga deck for relaxation and exercise, a boutique resident's lounge for socialising, and a dedicated kid's club area featuring a playground, all embraced by lush sub-tropical gardens.

The project also boasts a residents' sky lounge situated on the top level of the Victoria tower. This exclusive space offers luxurious dining areas, comfortable lounge zones, dedicated wellness facilities, and work zones, all while affording breathtaking views of the ocean and city skyline.
