V&A in Broadbeach

Iris Capital’s first foray into the Broadbeach market places residents in the heart of the sought-after locale.

The group, led by CEO Sam Arnaout, are constructing two towers at the 20 Albert Street site, Victoria Residences and Albert Residences, named after the prime site location on the corner of Victoria Street and Albert Avenue.

They will home a combined 401 apartments that will take in all the best the beachside suburb has to offer, with over 50 restaurants and cafes within 300-metres of the doors of Victoria & Albert

Part of the $800 million project will see a huge new commercial centre built beneath residents, which will become Broadbeach's premier retail and dining precinct.

With an array of beaches a mere stroll from the steps of Victoria & Albertcluding Kurrawa and Mermaid Beach, residents will be hard pressed to find a reason to venture too far.

“V&A is arguably the Gold Coast’s most walkable new address. Everything you need is at your fingertips,” Arnaout said.

“V&A is attracting premium buyers looking for that magical combination of lifestyle, amenity and location.”

While there will be retail on their doorstep, the landmark Pacific Fair Shopping Centre is just a 10-minute walk away. Even closer is the Oasis Shopping Mall, located right across from V&A and is home to a range of boutiques, eateries, and a supermarket.

Broadbeach North light rail station is a five-minute walk from V&A, providing both tram and bus links to the wider Gold Coast region, with key links to the neighbouring Helensvale as well as the Gold Coast University Hospital.

Broadbeach is known for its lively nightlife, with a number of bars, clubs, and casinos located within the neighbourhood, including The Star, which is just 700-metres from the site.

Art and music lovers will be just under a 10-minute drive to the recently redeveloped HOTA (Home of The Arts) precinct on Chevron Island, in addition to a number of art galleries and performance venues that are scattered among the suburb.

The Gold Coast hinterland, which is located just a short drive inland from Broadbeach, offers a variety of scenic trails for hiking and cycling enthusiasts, with Lamington National Park and Springbrook National Park two popular destinations.

The nearby Nerang River provides further outdoor pursuits, with the 62-kilometre stretch of water a busy spot for local fishers.

One, two, three and four-bedroom apartments can still be purchased in the development, with prices starting from $810,000.
