Paradise Point is the most expensive locality in Queensland to purchase a house, according to Investar’s latest report.

The property investment firm says that houses in Paradise Point has a median price of $2.55 million.

This is followed by Surfers Paradise with $2 million and Broadbeach Waters with $1,595,000.
