This phase is expected to be followed by the gradual dismantling of The Witton One's scaffold, a step eagerly anticipated by stakeholders.

The Witton by Mosaic has already sold out all of its 141 two and three-bedroom apartments ahead of its completion later this year.

Designed in collaboration with one of Australia’s most respected architecture firms, Rothelowman, The Witton by Mosaic is part of Mosaic Property Group's Marque design series, which features developments in blue-chip addresses that feature premium finishes, large floor plans, along with a desirable level of residential amenities for the ultimate lifestyle package.

The Witton by Mosaic's design also puts a strong emphasis on environmental sustainability, with extensive deep planting, landscaped green zones, and a commitment to vegetation and waterway regeneration.

Among its residential amenities, The Witton boasts a rooftop pool and terrace offering views of the city, hinterland, and nearby park, along with a sun deck, outdoor BBQ area, and dining facilities.

Mosaic also guarantees ongoing management and caretaking of the development for at least 25 years post-completion, providing residents with long-term peace of mind.
